Producer Programs

Independent Outside Producer Program (60/40):

Benefits:

1)     Individual use of Agency Software

2)     Initial & Continued Training

a.      Producer will receive a 30 day in-house training that will include:

                                                              i.      Software training

                                                             ii.      Product Line Training

                                                           iii.      Company Procedures and Guidelines

b.      Producer will receive periodical training on new products, Industry Trends, Marketing Techniques, etc.

3)     Lead generation

a.      Up to $300 per month lead generation with SIS approved lead generation companies

                                                              i.      The producer can choose among various lead generating companies and choose which one best suits his or hers individual needs

4)     Business Cards

a.      SIS will provide the producer with business cards including producer’s cell number

5)     Custom Marketing Budget

a.      Producer can implement, within SIS guidelines, a Marketing Campaign up to $1.000 per quarter which could be brochures, Net Working Strategies, Advertisement, etc.

6)     Complete Customer Service

a.      The producer only needs to “Quote & Close” SIS will take care of the rest from that point on.  This means almost total dedication to sales which in terms will reflect in productivity and high income for the producer.

Responsibilities:

1)     Producer must have the required Insurance Licenses for the State Of Texas

2)     Program Fees

a.      $500.00 Set Up Fee (one time Fee)

b.      125.00 Monthly Fee

3)     Signed Contract Agreement

4)     Producer must utilize and keep current (Real Time) company software.

In-House Producer Program (50/50):

2)     Reception Facilities

a.      Incoming calls routing

b.      Customer greeting

c.      Sending Receiving Faxes

d.      Copies

3)     24/7 Office access
